All reservations are made by charging a deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay of the total payable. The balance must be paid at check in.
Prices do not include taxes.
Reception is open 9am until 9pm every day. Check in time is 2pm-9pm and check out time is noon. We like to welcome our guests personally and therefore ask for your arrival time. If you plan to arrive after reception hours, please let us know in advance.
We are a small and quiet hotel, and strive to maintain a relaxed, natural atmosphere as best we can. We ask guests to keep music and noise to a minimum after 10pm.
For this very reason, all our guests must be over 15 years old. No exceptions.
Customers may cancel or amend their booking free of charge anytime up to 14 days prior to the check in date. If the customer cancels or amends the reservation within the 14 day period, the hotel will keep the deposit.
In case of no show, the hotel will keep the deposit and the reservation will be cancelled.
Changes made prior to the check in must be approved by the hotel manager.
The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellations, changes in flights or travel plans, accidents, sickness or any other event preventing the customer from making use of their booking. There are no refunds for early departures.
Refunds will be processed to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.
BEST AVAILABLE RATE (non refundable)
This rate is non refundable. In case of cancellations or no shows, the hotel will keep the deposit, charge the balance and cancel the reservation.
